Anime Detour 2007: AMV and WTF Contests!

Congrats to all da winners!

I wanted to say thanks to Jo for running a great con! This was the best detour yet!

Oh, and the Drama catagory was amazing this year! I was floored!

One last thing .....

These medals rock .... lol ... they light up ....

Ok, peeps, get to working on your videos for next year!

Thanks, Judge. I'm glad you had a good time and your award is well deserved!

I love the medals this year. I'm very sad to part with the Comedy one, which has a pirate on the front in addition to the lights.

Congratulations everybody. It was a great con and a great show on Saturday. Hopefully we will have more than one comedy next year.

On a lighter note, my mom thought the tentacle monster was cute. It is now sitting on her mantle.

Looks like I might have to try my hand at a comedy video. This should be challenging, but fun

Yes, big grats to everyone...that had to have been a hard contest to judge (esp. the trailers and dramas...very VERY solid entries). All the videos that won were well-deserving of their respective victories.

I'm trying to find links to all the videos shown (at the WTF as well as the AMV comp). Unfortunately, I didn't make it to the AMV contest, but WTF was great. I'm looking for the Linkin Park/Naruto virus one. Soooo funny.
