i'll be frank: cut the stuff at the end. the intro was too long [max 10s, even shorter=better]. the editing was too little for the pace of the song [far from giving me a seizure like u warned, though effects were decent when done]. the aspect ratio was wrong; squished b/c source was fullscreen [the .org suggests wiki]-- props for using a dvd source and Jap song though:)

no editing..... or very little. This won't do at all, read the guides, read the amvwiki, ask about theory, because this just sucks dood. I mean.... good god
In response to these quick comments left for my video (link below), I'm here to gain any and all help/advice I can get on how to improve my editing. Guides can only tell so much; after all, they are what they say they are: guides.

Your help is much appreciated. Thank you.

I'd like to add, that I just went through this guide and the videos it links to...

I'm stunned.

I thought I did well, but I've got a ways to go yet...

I apologize for the double post, and for looking like a n00b in doing so, as well as this:
I meant this:

Your help and/or advice on improving my editing is still very welcome and much appreciated.

*The following commentary should not be taken offensively*

here's another thing to keep in mind. When posting a topic in this particular forum, it's usually nice to offer an opinion in return. That's why it's called the opinion exchange forum. In general, the vast majority won't provide opinions on your amv for free just because you asked. You'll have to be willing to spare some time to view and provide your feedback for others as well.

So you might want to consider offering to do so. That's all.

If you want, you can start with this.

provide an opinion for that, and I'll most definately offer you a detailed opinion for your amv.

I feel like an idiot now.

As to the most recent Quick Comment, I agree that there was too little editing for the pace of the song. I wanted to keep the same resolution (720x480), but because of its size, I couldn't. In retrospect, I agree with you that the stuff at the end was a bit long. That could be added to the description on the download page. And with that stuff cut, I can fix the intro as well.

Thank you for your time.

The second most recent, your criticism is appreciated, but you could have elaborated upon that opinion, even in a Quick comment.

Perhaps a remaster of this video is in order in the near future.

Now, with that out of the way, sayde, I watched your video and have left an opinion.

Where's the edit button when you need it?

Anyway, Greggus1, left you an opinion. I enjoyed that video thoroughly.
