Okay, I've gotten a flash of inspiration (so back away now if you don't want to roped into this sort of crazy idea)...
If you familiar with the title track of Dream Theater's Six Degrees of Inner Tubulence, you'll know that it's a continuous piece of music clocking in at just over 42 minutes long.
Granted, I could tackle the whole thing, but if I did, it probably wouldn't be finished until 2010. Besides, am I the type of pretentious bastard to hog all the glory like that for myself? [Um, don't answer that rhetorical question...]
Still, I'd like to come up with some cohesive whole and work co-operatively on a project which I hope can come to some sort of fruition. Yes, this sort of thing has probably never left the planning stages and the attention span of a normal AMV viewer would never last enough for it. But hey, I'm all for proving that impossible things can become possible if one is able to sit down and try.
This is probably a pipe dream in and of itself, but I'd like to see if there is any sort of interest.
Hey, if AMV Hell can pull unrelated concepts together into somewhat of a cohesive, then maybe a wholly unified concept can work all for the better. Am I not right in my opinion?
Well, I guess I can only set about to ask if there is any sort of interest...
