Issues with uploading

When I try to go to the FTP URL that is shown in blue in the Requst Video Upload Information, I just get this blank space. What am I supposed to do here?!

I've finished my first AMV and all I wanna do is upload it, for the love of Pete!

OK, thanks. Now I have another problem. If I type in the FTP URL source to go to it manually, it directs me to the Apache home page. Now what do I do?

that means that you aren't using a browser that has a built-in ftp (Internet Explorer does, firefox doesn't)

you'll have to get an ftp client program. Filezilla is free and pretty intuitive (imo), click the pic in my sig
