Animated Violence

There is one AMV I have in my account that I'd really love to upload.
But after reading the rules I've been stricken by a doubt. It's said that AMV should not have animated violence (decapitation was written in brackets).
I've made my AMV on Berserk series and it contains an episode many of you probably know about when Mr. Gats is chopping of his arm what have been left of his sword. I must say that technically it is decapitation.
I don't want to become a victim of the rules and to be banned as promised from this site I love so much. That's why I decided to make sure just in case.

Most likely, as long as the entire video is not a gorefest, you should be fine. A mod could probably explain it more formally though, concidering that it's a pretty broad term.

Technically it would be dismemberment. Decapitation would be if Guts was chopping his head off.

I don't know the scene in question, but if you upload the video to megaupload.com and PM one of the mods with the link then they'll be able to say whether or not it's allowed.

PM = Private Message.
This guy is one of the moderators, and they're the ones who enforce the rules on video content. Click on the button next to 'private message' and ask him if you don't get a reply here within a couple of days. The topic is only a few hours old, after all.

I think it may be just over the threshold. There's lots ofblood, nudity, sex, and gore. I'd be surpriesed if a mod allows this one.

Yup, definitely one for the mods. It might get through due to its concept... but it might not. I've put a link to this topic in the Mod Box (I don't know why I didn't think of that before).
