My PC has no movie makers or any of that shit so what would I need?

Programs ways to getthe footage whatever. Please help!

Actually I enjoy pointng out how completely blind and lazy people are, but i'm often too busy to do the screenshot uploaded to photobucket with the big red arrows pointing to the obviously titled and stickied threads you often find RIGHT ABOVE the dumb questions.
