You have to join the Communist Party. Not Socialist, not Libertarian. COMMUNIST. If you live elsewhere besides the US, or are under 18, you're out of luck. Once you're registered with your new comrade friends, send me a photocopy of the card verifying your new political affiliation. Also, no Naruto / DBZ AMVs plz.
