Does anyone know how to get anime clips? I know it says when you join you can't upload one's you've downloaded... but I don't have a DVD ripper, so that's the only way I can get them.

If you have a DVD drive, then a ripper is a trivial thing. Read that thread. It will tell you what you need to know, including where to get a ripper.
