So what anime could suit this crazy and fun punk rock favorite of mine? I think "Gundam Wing" could be a possible candidate, but nothing's written in stone yet.

There's tons of anime you could use. Use your imagination. In just 5 minutes, these came to mind.

Easier to find scenes - Naruto, Trigun, Irresponsible Captain Tylor.

Harder to find scenes - Evangelion, Cowboy Bebop, El Hazard, Vandread, Martian Successor Nadesico.

The alcohol. There seems to be quite a lot of alcohol related lyrics, and I can only think of a few scenes involoving alochol. The rest should be straight forward.
