AMV Contest participants! Want to start on your videos now? Here are some quicky rules!
1. MUST BE IN 720 X 480. NO. EXCEPTIONS..
2. No... and I will stress this... NO WINDOWS MEDIA, QUICKTIME, OR REAL MEDIA FILES. You submit these files, you will be disqualified!
3. Final files must be encoded in MPEG2. Do not know how to do that? Get TMPEG.
4. Categories are Best Action, Best Comedy/Parody, Best Drama, Fan favorite. Aditional awards are TBA
