can sum1 plz tell me what propper program i can use
so far ive made a few amv's with media player but they are just downloaded clips
i would like to no if there are any programs that can take a dvd and cut clips from that i dont no if there are any(well ive serched for free downloadable programs)

That page is also the site's main technical guide. It has just about everything you need to know. The other How To guides can fill you in on anything else you'd like to learn, too.
