Uploading to yousendit

How do i upload sumtin to usendit so i can post a dl link?

you go to the site and browse for a file to upload.
once it's done you'll get a link

but Yousendit only holds the file for 7 days or 7 dls.
is there any reason why you don't want to use this site's server?

i cant find the upload area and im trying to set up 2 betas is y im not using the org's
