OKay, I am done with my new video and feel pretty good about it. But many of the times, I find myself seeing quirks that need fixing, from compression, to quality, to fades, and synch.
I revised this about 5 times in two different qualities and so has some other people and we're good with it.
However, if something does arise, is it allowed to request the amv to be deleted so an updated version can come out?

If you're not sure, you should probably try to do a beta exchange - i.e., upload it to a free hosting service and go start up an Opinion Exchange in return for tips on your unfinished AMV, if you have noone else to go to for beta reviews.
Otherwise, the rules clearly state you should upload only the final version of the video, and repeated uploads/deletion requests are NOT to be used for this. Final versions only, please.
