Errors posting on forum

Got this error replying on a thread, thought it didn't go through clicked back and post again got this again and ended up w/ a triple post

Ran into problems sending Mail. Response: 421 Fork failed

have also gotten a failure, dangit! sorry I didn't copy it, when just browsing or searching the forums, but it cleared itself up no problems with a click back and redoing what I was trying to do. If I get it again I'll post it here.

Looks like a few are having this problem, including me when I try to send Private Message.

Any fixes to this?

I just got this error too... the message still posts, so it looks like an error in the redirect.

The .org's been very wacky for me today. Can hardly connect to the forums.

I'm sure it's similar for everyone - something up with the database again?

Time to revive the thread.
I've gotten (and have observed a few others) are getting a similar error.
and there are now a host of mysql() errors on the members main page
with luck I'll run into the error again so I can post the exact contents.
