the page is designed badly.

in firefox:

this pops up "The download should have automatically started by now. If it did not, click here." when i click the link "here" it refreshes the page, and its an infinite loop

in IE:

this pops up "The download should have automatically started by now. If it did not, click here." when i click the link "here" it sends me to the main page.

I am logged in.

Assuming you are on the page with the "pledge!" pitch, don't click that. Click the "Proceed" button instead.

I still don't know why that message even shows up on that page AND the next; it should only show up on the next (after the 10 second wait). I'm surprised it hasn't been fixed yet, as this has been a problem for months.
