Fanime Con AMV rules now posted

Post by scottanime » Thu Feb 02, 2006 4:14 pm

At long last the AMV rules are ready!!!
Be a part of Fanime Con, San Jose, Ca May 26-29

http://www.fanime.com/video/amvs.html

Also of note, we have tweeked with how editors can get into the AMV contest and get a good seat before anyone else. We will have a dedicated line and time system, along with a special AMV editors only ID that will get you in faster than ever.

Also with the success last year, we continue with having submissions online by www.yousendit.com Its fast, easy, and free so no excusses not to get your video in.

The AMV semi finals will also make a return, along with a few new AMV suprises this year, stay tuned and get editing!!

Same response as always :)
Whichever version looks better :)

The AMV contest itself is slated for Saturday afternoon, with the AMV Awards presentation being a separate event on Sunday.

As with any con these days and times can change, but you will see me very upset if they do change :)

A friendly reminder that the Fanime Con deadline looms closer.

May 5th is the deadline cutoff date, so there is now less than 2 months to get those videos completed and sent in.

Also of note, I am going to be running the AMV Contest for Nan Desu Kan this year as well, rules for that contest will be posted soon at.

Which I still never understand :)

You of all people could just drop them off by my house since you are so close, yet it takes you the longest to get them to me. :)
