Inuyasha AMV suggestions

I some ideas for Inuyasha AMVS but I don't have a way to make amvs,can anyone helps please?? I've always wanted to make an amv but sadly i can't. Please help???! (hope i'm posting in the right place)

Adobe Premiere is the easiest way if you know what's what, and how it works.
