Cowboy bebop....remix?

I was looking at suncoast.com and i noticed as i was looking up cowboy bebop dvds that there were a couple called Cowboy bebop remix. Was wondering if anyone could tell me what is the difference between the cowboy bebop we know and love and the remix. Is it a bad attempt to rack in more cash with the CB name or is it something worth getting?

I believe that the only differences are 5.1-channel Dolby Digital surround soundtracks (japanese and english) and new coverart.
