Trouble adding new music artist

I'm trying to add the band !!! to the artist database but when I submit, nothing really happens.. It does a little loading motion but then returns back to the blank new artist window, when normally it would close that window and then proceed back to the original window where I can add a new song. Not happening. I'm assuming it has something to do with the fact that it doesn't begin with an actual letter or number, but that is indeed the name of the band. Any ideas?

BTW, I went ahead and added it as "ChikChikChik (!!!)" since that is the phonetic way to say the band name. But if it is possible to change that in the database, I would appreciate it.
