How to separate the audio from a video?

Hello together,
I have a problem and I don´t know, how to solve it:
I got a Video and I just want to make a Audio- disc from the music of that video. There´s no other way to get that music. But i don´t know, how I can separate that track from the Video-data. Can anybody help me?

Load the video in VirtualDubMod, hit up the Streams menu and open the Streams List, select the audio stream, and click "Save WAV".
