Not being able to get to the Links page correctly?

Okay, so I'm trying to download my first AMV, and I filled out everything. Premere(sp?) date, the downloadable date, the anime, and the music, and I'm still not getting the links page. Is there anything I'm possibly missing? I've looks through every guide and found nothing about this. Please help!

You need to upload your video first.
I assume that you can get to the info, but see a red NO on the right side of the download area.
Go to your members main page and click on upload video
follow the instructions and it should work

Wait until it becomes October 10 and try again?

Kariudo: the links page is for adding direct and indirect links, nothing to do with uploading a video locally.
