1 Local download ask several star ratings

I have encountered connection problems recently, which made me re-download several times some broken local downloads.
Strangely, when a download was incomplete before (read "in ancient times"), the website did not ask me a rating for the video.
Here, it asked me, even when the download failed.

Moreover, when I finally downloaded it, I had to give the video 2 star ratings (on for the incomplete download, and one for the finished one).

Now if I look in my "downloaded" videos page, these videos are displayed twice (example : Narutos's Technique beat by :Decoy:)
