Unable to connect to site with ftp for upload.

So I'm trying to upload my vid to the site and I've entered my info into filezilla and it won't connect. It says incorrect login 530... I've typed it in and copy & pasted it in... no avail.. anyway, maybe I'm doing something wrong which i don't see what.... so if you canhelp that'd be pretty sweet.

nevermind.... i just kept refreshing my ftp info page for new password and copy and pasted the passwords until one of them worked.
If I had a dollar for everytime I was called an e-tard... I'd have a lot of pills.
