New subforum(er, addition)

Suggestion to add a newsletter subforum to the AMV Radio subforum.

So instead of two completely(almost) inactive forums, you can have them joined together: "AMV Radio & Newsletter". Have stickies about both subjects, an announcement that they're headed by different people.

Just as Radio got it's own forum for bouncing off ideas and chat, so should the newsletter. I didn't even know you could submit articles to the newletter until I actually got one.

Meh. I got us the edit button, why not a subforum? ;p
