Identify this anime (it has a girl with a puppet in it)

Okay, I saw a new anime recently but I have no idea what it's called, but it looks pretty good and seems my sort of anime in general. Its main character is a girl who's joined the student council in her school even though she's just gotten there, plus she carries around a puppet called Pucchan, who seems to have a will of its own. There are a lot more girls
there and there's some fighting that goes on in the anime.

Anybody know the name of this anime? Any information about it?

The visual style is sort of like a cross between Azumanga Daioh and Kaleido Star.

Gokujou Seitokai, I think.
I'm not altogether sure.
