Because the combined video, even reduced and low-quality, came out to around 120MB, which is too big for submission. Breaking it in half (by putting Chapters I & II in the first, and Chapters III and IV in the second) made two music videos that are not only self-contained in themselves, but also one whole video.

(For opinion purposes, though, I'd like to know what people think of all the chapters together, as it was intended to be.
