profile picture

I want to change my profile picture, but all I can do is remove it. When I try to change it, my old picture comes back terribly looking and I haven´t even selected it. What should I do? The new one should be right size etc. Must I be without picture?????

Hey,

Try holding down the shift key and refresh on the page. It could be that your browser is caching the old copy.

It didn´t work. I tried several times. It seems to keep that picture no matter what. I´m no pc-expert, so can you do something about it or give any other suggestions what to do?

Try pressing control or alt when pressing refresh. One of those should do it.

Now I got it!! Maybe it was the picture I tried to put there. But now it works. Thanks for helping!!!
