Exporting and compressing with a MAC

Ok. I just finished making the timeline for my potential Otakon AMV (anime: Samurai X OVA) with the program Final Cut Pro. Now I need serious help in exporting and compressing in the highest quality (I have ffmpegx). I did it once with exporting an FLCL AMV with Photo JPEG Quicktime Compression and compressing into AVI but it still has some interlacing.

SO PLEASE, WHOEVER KNOWS HOW TO USE THOSE PROGRAMS, HELP!! I ONLY HAVE A FEW DAYS BEFORE THE DEADLINE!!
