Problem with Time in the forum

Post by SacredArrow18 » Sun May 01, 2005 1:54 pm

I am having this problem with the time on this forum. My timezone is eastern standard time which it is 2:51 p.m. right now. I guess I have accidently had at the wrong time when I had joined, because I had joined the 14th of March of this year and my time on this forum was showing it be ahead of my clock which show that it would be 1:51 p.m. But when I changed it to have the right time as I have my clock it shows that I joined the 15th of March, not the 14th. I don't understand why it is doing that and can there be a way that a site admin can fix that problem?
If not its ok I am just going to have to change it back to the time I had it on even though it won't be the right time as my clock. :?

What time the forum shows you joined the site is, I'd say, completely and totally irrelevant to anything. Why does it matter?

Oh, and it shows the Ides of March for me; I imagine it is correctly recorded, and is just being displayed in the time zone of your choice.

Well I was just saying...It really doesn't matter to me now, I think the reason its different because I had joined at 11:03 p.m. on the 14th, it must of been when I joined the site I put the wrong time in because I didn't understand the "GMT-5 hours" section when I first joined but now I do. nevermind about changing it, I'll just keep it the way it is. Yeah you got a point of it doesn't matter, I was just confused over it. :? lol

Daylight Savings Time. The board doesn't give an option to include it.
