downloading help... wtf!!!

so i try to download a video, but the message "you need to wait 60 seconds" constantly appears, no matter if i wait 10 minutes!! what can i do

i think it says after 10 seconds if the download doesn't start itself you have to click a link. (what sort of video download was it was it local or indirect?)

That has nothing to do with this problem. You might want to try deleting your cookies and see if that helps.
