Calling for Voice Actors

I'm currently doing an undisclosed project involving Cowboy Bebop. I need voice actors who can emulate with certain recognizablity the English dubbed voices from the series. To date, these are the voices that will be in the video.

Spike
Jet
Faye
Vicious
The Red Dragon Council
Hakim

Spike and Hakim have been filled, and possibly Faye, but I'm always open to suggestions. What I need more than anything is someone who can do Jet. I'm being hella picky with voice quality, and I'd prefer static and background noises being kept to a minimum. If you have any questions, feel free to AIM my screenname MidnightViscount.
