Making an animated gif using Premiere

I've made little gif that I am happy with, well at least I am happy with it viewed in FireFox. But when I view it in Internet Explorer it is hella slow...

Anyone know what I did wrong to cause this and how to fix it?
Like I said it looks fine in firefox, but slow in IE...
