Premiere won't start - need help pls

I added a new drive to my computer and was reinstalling all my software programs to it(Windows XP, which I had before). For some reason, Premiere 6.5 won't run after I reinstalled it. It loads all the way up to "zigzag" (which I think is about 95% loaded) and then just hangs there. I have uninstalled the AMVApp programs and all the codes I could find and uninstalled and reinstalled countless times. Even in safe mode. I'm at my wits end!

Maybe I missed a program that was effecting it, I don't know... anyone have any suggestions?

Nm about the above prob. After the third time install in safe mode, I decided NOT to install quicktime or Real with it and then after installation I downloaded the latest Quicktime and it actually started up.

Now to download the AMVapp pack again. *fingers crossed that doesn't screwn something up*
