hi guys hope u can help me on this, ebrytime i encode something the video says this on the begining.... WARNING: nothing to output Bframe decoder lag

ok maybe i didnt give enough info

im using virtualdub 1.5.10 and to compress xvid. all my settings are set like this guide

That's why Premiere can't make a decent looking XviD/DivX encode! I've gotta wiki that....
