PLZ HELP!!!! want to upload a my AMV!!!

ok, i think this site kicks ass but every since i got on it's been kickin my ass. It takes forever to download a video from the site even though i wait like hours and days betwen downloads, it still says 'error: blahblah u must wait 60 secs'. That is really gettin annoying cuz i keep reading about the great AMV's her but i cant dowload.
Second and most important i can't upload my very first AMV to get feedback. I go through the entire process of puttin the information in and it keeps tellin my i am missing the anime(Naruto) and the song(Carl Off-Carmina Burana) for my video when know for a fact i put that down. Now i have 2 listings for the same video, both missing the same information.
I know this is along as post and iappreciate anyone who took the time to read it all. SO HELP ANYONE!????
