I can't upload my video because...

When I wanna upload my video it says this:"We're sorry, but the current storage server is completely full. A new additional storage server is almost ready and should be online very soon. Check back here periodically to see if the new storage server is fully operational. We're sorry for the delay..." and I have been day after day checking it out and always says that 0_0 I want to upload my AMV but I can't, its always like that

Is this message true

The local server, which allows people free hosting for their videos, has been up for nearly two years now. It has been down for, at the time of this post, one week. Is it too much to ask for a little patience and understanding here?

Patience is something few people have. Its Hard to aquire, and Harder to keep. Im happy with what AMVs i have, but My speakers F***ed thanks to my dingbat sister.
