How do i remove Those subs:(

The footage im using is subbed. and gosh darnit i need some clips but those darn subs get in the way. I have read the how to guide on removing subs. but that version of premire is older than mine. so does anyone know an easy way to get subtitles out of the clips i wanna use?.. i have adobe premire pro. thnks again for all the help

VirtualDub has a filter called "null transform." Add it and go to "Cropping" and set it the way you see fit. =P

Zarxrax's subtitles removal guide gives 3 methods to remove your subs with VirtualDub, so this does not depend on your version of Premiere.
out of the 5 methods given, only 2 of them involve Premiere.

Obviously you didn't read it carefully enough

well the thing is if you read it carefully. then you will see that the only real recomended way of doing it in that guide. is the premire way. the rest have some major downfalls :)..i was going for quality so i took the best and dismised the rest
