I need help with banners

Ok I'm new to this site so I tried to figure out everything by myself but the only thing i don't understand is-I can't see any banners on top where they suppose to be.I changed from internet explorer to mozilla but nothing changed.And on the right side of my member page I can't vote for banners, it's just sitting there,all gray and not alive.What should I do.I tried everything.Please help.

In Mozilla, right-click on where the banner should be showing up (at the top of the page). Go to "View this Image". Does it show up there, or do you get an error message? If you get an error, what error?

Nothing is there,just empty space.When I right click on it it there is no option to view image.I can see only AMV logo,but I know banner should be next to it.Nothing is there just empty gray space without any errors.

Hmm...I'm so sorry for bothering you with this I finally figured out what was wrong.I just had to configure my firewall.Sorry again.
