I'd suggest you reword and reformat what you're asking.

1. Include links to the videos you want to have an op on. I cannot stress this enough.

2. It's called opinion exchange. "Mankind has always desired for something. In order to gain, something must be given in return. To obtain, something of equal value must be sacraficed. That is Alchemy's First Law of Exquivalant Exchange" -Opening lines of Full Metal Alchemist.

In other words, offer an op to someone to recive one from them.
