Forum suggestion

I have a forum suggestion. Seeing as how people don't bother searching topics to see why some forum or other such thing is not apparent on this board, why don't we create a forum called "Why the forum/feature you're looking for doesn't exist"?

I have the feeling that newbs at least look to see what forums we have.

I'm not sure about that, there are a lot of forums...

I'll bet if "General AMV" was at the bottom of the list, we'd get a lot fewer random Newb postings.

I don't see what the purpose of this forum would be. Would it be a bunch of stickes with random commen complaints?

Yes.

For the record, I'm not entirely serious. While I do believe that this would cut down on many of the frequent suggestions and complaints, I wouldn't advocate this forum because the forum itself wouldn't be promotive of the site's purpose; everyone knows that's a sin.

I think that the only major problem with using that idea is the massave ammount of topics that would appear. I don't think anyone could manage that. Better to make an unofficial forum...

When it DID exist, there wasn't that much of a problem from the regular members' perspective. Not so from the administration.

My interpretation of OT's demise still differs highly from the official version, but I'll leave that be.
