I've decided to step down from the position of AMV head for "AV Con 2003"* and I'd like to know that whoever ends up with the job (I'll most likely be appointing them myself) has something to work on. ie, the guide.
I know this unofficial guide exists, but I can't remember who wrote it... or have a URL bookmarked... (I think it's because it was just a post in the "old forum")

*Yes, it has many names. This is easier to both type and say.

I wrote the guide to running a 'good' amv contest. It's still up at the AMV mailing list. I'll put it somewhere else on line.
