anyone know a guide for ULEAD MediaStudio Pro 6.5?

i've searched EVERYWHERE and still haven't found a guide for ULEAD MediaStudio Pro 6.5 Video Editor. i downloaded the trial version two nights ago and have tried using "Help", but the info there just isn't comprehensive enough. does anyone know where i can find a guide? here's a specific question: in the Source box, how can you keep the jog bar marker aligned wid the left trim bar marker?
