I have had way more AMV ideas than I'll ever be able to do, so I had to crop out the ones that I most likely won't do anyway. Instead of throwing these ideas away I'll list them here so if some people who lacks ideas might want to use them.
Remember that most of these ideas are vague, bad or just plain WRONG. That's why I scrapped them ^_^''

Various - Inner Circle - Bad Boys:
Some people has made an AMV tribute to bad guys in anime. What I don't see is why this song isn't used for it. Perfect for an AMV where those sentai-teams come after the villains from other dimensions and stuff. Go wild.
Love Hina - NG3 - the Anthem:
I know I'm sick but I can't stop chuckling when I think Motoko singing "this is for the woman like me.." or "I don't wanna see you around me..". Also works with other girls like Narusegawa.
??? - Mr.Oizo - Flat Beat:
Don't do this. I had once this crazy idea of just fckn loop some same scenes over and over again with this music and name the whole crap "the worst AMV ever!" *increases medication*
Last Exile - Dune - Rainbow to the Stars:
For people who wanna make moody action AMV I think this combination might even work.
Sakura Wars - Franz Ferdinand - the Dark of the Matinee:
Very vague lyric sync with Sakura looking others perform. I doubt this'll make a good full lenght AMV, but shortening the song might have.. something.. dunno.. this is why it's scrapped from my projects list.
Green Green - Banana - Die Hymne Der Spackonauten:
This one's for our lovely germans to make. I just hated the few eps of Green Green I have seen and I think with this combination one can bring out how screwed up those male characters from that series are. Very bad AMV. *grin*
Haibane Renmei - Simon Dupree & the Big Sound - Kites:
Something in this song makes me connect it with Haibane Renmei. For someone who wants to make another moody Haibane Renmei-drama AMV. The song is good to use with other animes also. Touching.
...I might add some more stuff when I start scrapping other (better) project because I simply can't make them all.

Some more projects that I have scrapped for different reasons.. if anyone want to do them.
OMG Movie - Kenji Kawai - Avalon
Nice 6minute mostly instrumental piece for someone who wants to make an epic AMV. Had this idea way back when I finished Over the Sky and let it stay in the background until I would get better equipment (namely more memory to pull a 6minute AMV with high quality.. luxury I didn't have 2 years ago). After this I have seen several AWESOME AMVs for OMG Movie and lost interest in this one.
Wolf's Rain - Sonata Arctica - Full Moon
I think the song would be perfect match for Wolf's Rain. I never intented to make this myself but instead recommended it to some other studio members of Arctic Tribe (namely Rain|). Seems it's going nowhere so I thought it's worth mentioning here.
Cowboy Bebop movie - Focus - Hocus Pocus (live)
This one might be hilarious in right hands. Song has perfect parts for almost every CB main cast. With movie's halloween theme I think this one would have worked well. Lost interest due overuse of CB.
Evandread Project
Another long time project. Idea behind it was to create AMV trilogy for the 3 female pilots in Vandread using songs of Evanescense. This started from idea of combining "Bring me to Life" with Meia.. with footages of when she got hurt in the first season and her past. I also had songs picked for Jura and Dita, but can't remember anymore which ones. Lost interest due overusing to death the song "Bring me to Life".

Chobits - System of a Down - Toxicity
This would be really challenging one to do, but I think it would work in the end.. creating one hell of a distrupting mood. Good one for lyric sync-people. Just think of the lyrics and Chobits. Personally.. I don't think I could pull this one off myself.
