I don't know how intelligent the topic title sounds, but it's the only thing I can think to call it. What I'm wanting to know is how do people make quick flashes of a solid color, usually black or white to sync up with the music? Do they just use an image that lasts only a couple frames that they place on top of the video, or is there a digital effect that people use?
