troublesome bug with certain videos

I have attempted to download a few spicific videos hosted locally and have run into an odd problem... the videos will get to a certain point and stop downloading. the site also thinks that i am still downloading the videos and will not let me get another until some time has elapsed (a day or so i believe). i also cannot resume said videos because of the aforementioned problem. Now i have, to date, downloaded a fair share of videos (all of which i have given star ratings to, so it's not that) yet only some spicific videos cause this error to occur (Shameless Rock Video by Absolute Destiny and Excel Pop Up Video by kurt are examples).

any suggestions? I am not doing anything differently than in the other 20+ cases where downloads worked perfectly fine for me, so what could the problem be???

It happened again with another video... this time i was so fed up with the system that i forgot to check which video it was before i purged my history/cookies for the day.

If anyone could offer suggestions, I would be most pleased.

Try firefox?

I use mozilla for a browser, but the odd thing is that it only happens with certain AMVs... it has never happened off of this site, and it the other 95% of AMVs that i have attempted to dl here have all worked fine (including the entire animix project, so it's not really an issue of file size here).
