Clueless as to song/artist

I'm not sure if this should be going into this forum or the general amv one, but I'm posting it here to be on the safe side.
Back in 1999 before Mononoke came out in the US, I somehow found what I believe to be a fan-made trailer. There might have orginally been a name attatched, but I've had no luck getting any information off the web. The entire trailer is under 5 megs, which should tell you something about the quality of the audio and video. I'd appreciate it if people could take a look at it and toss out any guesses they might have. I'd rather not have to rip out the audio from the file and use it, but that will happen if I can't find another copy anywhere.
