I don't know what is wrong or how to fix it?

I have failed to download videos lately. And it just comes up that I have tried to download my video to soon after my last try. But it have been days after my videodownload so what is wrong??? Can somebody please help me??? I dont know if this is the right place to post, but I'll give it a try.

Stop 3. Post the problem in Site Help.

This route should be followed whenever you can not resolve the problem on your own accord. Only progress to the next step if the previous one did not yield results.
