She is from an Evangelion game called 'Girlfriend of Steel'

Her name is Mana Kirishima, from the game noted above.

Here's a link to a thread about her, and that has a link to a page with pictures and such in the first post.

That's all I know, I've never played the game.

Ahh that picture makes me reailse that NG:E has my favorite style of drawing characters. I simply love the eyes. ^_^

I don't know if it's just me but I love they way the characters are drawn in Sakura Wars.
