Looks like the Anime Iowa contest may be short of entries: the deadline has slid two or three times.
I only saw this thread tonight, so it may be too late for some. A 2-day FedEx on Tuesday should work to get it there by Sep 9. And...they're taking only VHS tapes (one video per, 5-minutes max).
