Y-con AMV Contest Issues

Hello to everyone who has submitted AMVs to the Yaoi-con AMV contest. By now all of those involved with this issue should have recieved an e-mail from me (sent only a few minutes ago) but I'm covering my bases to try and get a hold of everyone. Today is the early submission deadline for the Yaoi-con AMV contest. I just logged into the otakuvideo server to download all the videos entered but to my surprise, only one of the videos was actually on the server.

Only one video was available on the FTP server for me to download this was the Amadeus video. The following videos were not available for me to download despite being entered in the contest.

Furthermore, the following videos lacked any entry information on the stie i.e. there was no username on the otakuvideo site to associate these videos with. You may have submitted a mail in or e-mail entry form to me but please fill the form out for reference.

Thanks for understanding. If this is rectified by this weekend and I can download all the videos I'll still honor the early submission rules for those involved and listed above. Thank you for your time.

I can let you know that 'Amadeus' was submitted two weekends ago, while my other video was submitted earlier then that. Maybe there was a glitch/cleaning of the system at some point between the two. (I swear I uploaded my other video....)

As I said in the additional notes, contact Quu for the video. It's on his server. I emailed him and asked what I should do about a previously uploaded video. He said to say it's in the archive in the video notes.

So yeah, contact him about it. 0_o

The others are still missing, I figure it probably is a glitch in the server as well since I'm positive I downloaded one of them a few weeks ago to make sure the system was working. Odd. . .

Turns out Quu was working on moving the videos to a private server. I'll have them all reviewed soon, if you don't get an e-mail from me on wether or not your video needs to be re-encoded or otherwise by monday drop me a line.

Most videos seem to be working, if you do not recieve an e-mail from me by monday then contact me to see what's up, everybody who submitted before the August 31st early submission deadline should be notified by then.
